2. Eligibility

PMOZero is intended for users aged 17 and older. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Not a Medical Service

PMOZero is a self-help and personal growth tool. It is not a medical device, clinical treatment, or substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing severe addiction or mental health issues, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

The AI coach feature provides motivational and educational content only — it does not constitute medical advice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• PMOZero offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly and Quarterly) managed through Apple's App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of the app.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Use the app in any way that could damage or overburden our services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within PMOZero — including text, graphics, AI-generated responses, and code — is the property of PMOZero and its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PMOZero is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results from using the app will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PMOZero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes within the app.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
