1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using the Moneyo application, you agree to these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Service Description

Moneyo is a mobile application designed for personal finance management. It offers the following features:

• Income and expense tracking
• Budget planning
• Financial goal setting and tracking

Moneyo is not a financial advisory service. Information provided within the app is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial advice.

3. Account and Security

You must create an account to use the application. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. If you notice any unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately.

4. Subscription Terms

Moneyo offers two tiers: free and premium.

• Free plan: Basic income/expense tracking features
• Premium plan: Unlimited access to all features (monthly or annual subscription)

Payment: Subscription payments are charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings (App Store or Google Play Store subscription management). Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current subscription period.

Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Apple's or Google's refund policies. Moneyo does not process refunds directly.

5. User Obligations

By using the application, you agree to:

• Use the application only for lawful purposes
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Not misuse the application or attempt reverse engineering
• Not engage in activities that prevent other users from accessing the service

6. Intellectual Property

The Moneyo application, its design, logo, and content are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of these materials is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Moneyo is not responsible for the accuracy of financial data entered in the application. The application is provided "as is." We recommend not relying solely on this application for your financial decisions.

Moneyo shall not be liable for damages arising from:

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Data loss caused by user error
• Issues with third-party services
• Financial decisions made based on application data

8. Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings section within the app. When your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes

These terms of service may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through in-app notifications. Continuing to use the application after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. The courts and enforcement offices of Izmir shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
